Hard copied doctrines are nice to have but seldom kept on hand at all times. However, one item that most people are likely to have handy are their personal cell phones! Although the main target audience are future U.S. Army Drill Sergeants this app will continue to serve as a practical reference tool for Drill Sergeants currently assigned to Basic Combat Training and Operational units; as well as Non-Commissioned Officers who strive for professional excellence!
